Pusan National University is the flagship national university of Korea's southeast, admitting international undergraduates twice a year (Spring and Fall) with mostly TOPIK-based Korean requirements and a fully English-taught Department of Global Studies. As a national university its tuition is comparatively low, roughly KRW 1.5 million to 2.36 million a semester, and the application fee is USD 70 (KRW 60,000).
