NDU publishes one tuition schedule and lists no separate rate for international students. Undergraduate tuition is charged per credit hour: 440 USD for Architecture, 395 USD for Business, 440 USD for Computer Sciences, 470 USD for Engineering, and 380 USD for all other majors. Graduate tuition is also charged per credit hour: 670 USD for Architecture, 635 USD for Business, 670 USD for Computer Sciences, 765 USD for Engineering, 590 USD for other majors, and 520 USD for Remedial coursework. A Technology and Student Services Fee of 500 USD is charged each Fall and Spring semester and 200 USD for the Summer session, covering Office 365, cloud space, internet access, Smart ID maintenance and medical insurance and house services; this must be paid in cash USD alongside each tuition instalment, as must all credit fees since Fall 2025. The non-refundable Admission Application fee is 30 USD, listed the same way under both the undergraduate and graduate fee schedules. Other one-time or as-needed fees include 60 USD for a Change of Major, 30 USD for an Entrance Examination in one subject or 50 USD for two, 60 USD for a Diploma, 200 USD for Diploma Replacement, 100 USD for Late Registration or Late Payment, 60 USD for new-student Medical Fees, and 30 USD for a new or replacement Smart ID Card.
