National University of Sciences and Technology Admission Requirements 2027

The National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) in Islamabad runs rolling admissions for international students, with entry in Spring (January) and Fall (September). Undergraduate tuition for international students is USD 5,400 a year, plus a non-refundable admission processing fee of USD 600. Applicants show English through IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 500 or a medium of instruction certificate, and NUST offers scholarships reserved for Bangladeshi nationals.

English test waiver

NUST says an IELTS or TOEFL score is not mandatory for international students, but applicants must show sufficient English. They can do this with a valid IELTS score of at least 5.5 or a TOEFL score of at least 500, or with an official certificate from their previous school or university confirming that English was the primary medium of instruction.
