Korea University Application Deadlines 2027

Korea University is one of Korea's leading private research universities, admitting international undergraduates each year through International Undergraduate Admission I and II with a holistic, document-only review and no fixed quota per major. Tuition runs from about KRW 5.8 million a semester in humanities and social sciences to KRW 7.8 million in art and design, and the application fee is KRW 150,000 for most fields.

Korea University's most recent international freshman cycle, Fall 2026, ran its online application from 2 to 27 March 2026, with documents due by 31 March 2026 and results announced 12 June 2026, under a KRW 150,000 (Humanities/Science) or KRW 200,000 (Art and Design) application fee. The Fall 2027 guide had not been published at the time of this review.

Korea University's most recent March-entry international freshman cycle, Spring 2026 (2026 early admission), ran its online application from 4 August to 1 September 2025, with results announced 28 November 2025. KU's own Fall 2026 guide separately states that from the Spring 2027 cycle, applicants must submit an official language score rather than relying on KU's own placement test. The Spring 2027 guide's exact dates had not been published at the time of this review.
