Requirements
Bachelor's (English-taught programmes)
A secondary diploma equivalent to the French baccalaureat. Applicants from Etudes en France countries apply through that platform; deadlines are set by the local embassy for each country.
Master's
A bachelor's degree or equivalent (180 ECTS). Applicants from Etudes en France countries use that platform; other applicants, including from Bangladesh, use Mon Master.
Documents
Academic transcripts and diplomas, passport copy, CV, motivation letter, academic references and, for English-taught programmes, an English test result where the specific programme asks for one.
How to apply
- Choose a bachelor's or master's programme taught in English from UGA's Programs in English listing.
- Applicants from Etudes en France countries apply on that platform; a Bangladeshi applicant, outside that list, applies through Mon Master for a master's programme.
- Check whether the specific host faculty or institute (for example Grenoble INP, or a component with its own admissions office) has additional steps.
- Once admitted, check the specific exemption conditions for that component before assuming the differentiated fee applies in full, and apply for the exemption if eligible.
- Apply for the student visa once a place is confirmed.
English test waiver
UGA's international pages describe both fully English-taught international master's programmes and English-taught master's programmes also open to French students, but the general international-students hub and the programmes-in-English overview page do not state one UGA-wide IELTS or TOEFL minimum; each programme sets its own.
