Scholarships to Study in United States (2027) for International Students

Financial aid for international undergraduates at US universities is limited. Several of the public universities researched for this project state directly that little or no need based aid exists for international students, who are generally expected to demonstrate the ability to self fund before a visa can be issued. Merit scholarships awarded automatically, or through a separate scholarship application run by the university itself, are the most common form of support available; a smaller number of well funded private universities publish a stated policy of meeting full demonstrated need for admitted international students. Applicants should check each university's own financial aid and scholarships pages directly rather than assume a fixed level of support exists nationally.
