The Brunei Darussalam Government Scholarship for Foreign Students, administered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, covers tuition and bursaries for accommodation, books, food and personal spending at bachelor's and master's level. The UBD Graduate Research Scholarship for PhD students waives tuition and pays BND 2,200 a month for 36 months.
