VinUniversity is a private, not-for-profit university in Hanoi established by Vingroup under a Prime Minister's decision of 17 December 2019, teaching in English across four colleges. Bachelor's tuition for 2026-27 is listed at VND 349,650,000 a year for Nursing and VND 815,850,000 for Medicine and other programmes, before a 35% tuition subsidy that every admitted student, Vietnamese or international, receives for the whole programme.
