For the AY2026 entering cohort, ICU charges annual tuition of JPY 1,167,000 and an annual facilities fee of JPY 354,000, split evenly across two terms, for a combined JPY 1,521,000 a year. Regular students also pay a one-time matriculation fee of JPY 300,000 (JPY 150,000 for one-year regular students and kenkyusei). Tuition rises incrementally for each cohort through their AY2027 to AY2029 years, so a later entering class pays a different starting figure. The ELBA application fee is JPY 30,000 plus an JPY 880 system fee for regular and transfer applicants.
