Bachelor

  2. Check the specific programme's prerequisites on the university's own admissions site.
  3. Submit the online application within the published window and pay the application fee.
  4. Submit predicted results, then final results once available, by the stated deadlines.
  5. Sit any required admission tests or attend interviews if shortlisted.
  6. Indicate on the application whether you are applying for the MOE Tuition Grant, if the university offers it to international students.
  7. Accept the offer and apply for the Student's Pass through ICA's SOLAR system.

Master

  1. Identify the specific graduate programme; deadlines and requirements are set by each school rather than centrally.
  2. Submit transcripts, a relevant bachelor's degree, and any required test scores (English proficiency, and GRE/GMAT where the programme asks for it).
  3. Pay the application fee and submit by the programme's own closing date; many run in rounds rather than a single deadline.
  4. Receive the outcome and accept the offer.
  5. Apply for the Student's Pass through ICA's SOLAR system once accepted.
