Degree study at Nazarbayev University

  1. Choose foundation, bachelor's or master's and check whether you are applying for a grant or on a fee-paying basis.
  2. Apply online in the right window. For the 2026 spring mid-year undergraduate intake, applications run 18 August to 28 November 2026.
  3. Pay the 10,000 tenge application fee; it triples if paid in the last two weeks.
  4. Submit IELTS 6.0 or the TOEFL equivalent for bachelor's study.
  5. Obtain a C9 education visa based on the university's registered invitation.
