What it is
The GST cluster admission test is a combined entrance test for undergraduate admission to a group of general, science and technology public universities in Bangladesh. Instead of sitting a separate test at each university, a candidate applies once through the cluster portal, sits one test in their unit (A for science, B for humanities, C for business), and is then considered by the member universities according to the score and the seats each university offers.
Who can apply
Eligibility is set each session by the cluster committee and depends on the year of SSC and HSC (or equivalent) passes and the minimum GPA in each. The current circular on the cluster portal is the only reliable statement of the year window and GPA floors for the session, and it changes from year to year.
How the cycle runs
The cluster publishes a circular on gstadmission.ac.bd, opens a primary application window, then a final application window for those who qualify, then the test, then results and a subject choice and university allotment stage. Each stage has its own dates in the circular. Member universities publish their own seat numbers and subject lists.
What this page will carry
This record is being verified against the current circular. Dates, fees and the member list for the 2026-27 session will appear here with the source once the cluster publishes them.
